Important information

• Infants below 6 years are free of charge as long as they do not occupy a seat of their own.
• The overall duration of the experiences may take a bit longer in high season due to the increased number of visitors.
• For the walk up the Middle Rock on the “Rock Experience”, approx. 30 metres of height difference with over 100 steps must be overcome. This experience is not recommended for persons with walking or stair climbing impairments.
• The tour guide must register his group at the group desk at Schlössli Wörth at least 15 minutes before the reserved departure time.
• The tour guide is obliged to confirm the exact number of participants divided into adults, children, infants and tour guides in a written form on site. The confirmed number of participants serves as the basis for invoicing.
• As a rule, all services must be paid on site. Payable in cash CHF or by credit card.

Cancellation policy

The reservation date is binding. However, the confirmed service can be cancelled free of charge up to two days before the journey. The cancellation must be in writing. Cancellations received after the period of 48 hours before departure will be charged at CHF 100. For no-show groups, delayed starts or cancellation of the journey caused by the participants 100% of the service will be charged. For alterations after the period of 48 hours before departure, a handling fee of CHF 50.00 is due.

Getting to the Rhine Falls

Coaches please use the parking lot P1 at Rheinfallqaui, CH-8212 Neuhausen am Rheinfall. Parking fees are CHF 40.00 per coach for up to 1 hour and CHF 10.00 for each additional hour. There are no parking fees between 6 p.m. and 9 a.m.

The parking lot P1 is approx. 3 minutes walk from the group desk at Schlössli Wörth. Please note that the tour guide must register his group at the group desk at Schlössli Wörth at least 15 minutes before the reserved departure time.

Opening hours

The Rhyfall Mändli boat tours operate seven days a week seasonally from April to October.

Der Reiseleiter muss seine Gruppe bis spätestens 15 Minuten vor reservierter Abfahrt beim Gruppenschalter der Ticketeria Schlössli Wörth anmelden.

Parkplatz P1

Reisebusse benutzen bitte den Parkplatz P1 am Rheinfallqaui, CH-8212 Neuhausen am Rheinfall. Die Parkgebühren betragen pro Bus bis 1 Stunde CHF 40.00 und jede weitere Stunde CHF 10.00. Zwischen 18.00 bis 9.00 Uhr keine Parkgebühren.
